Therefore each of the parties is informed that their representatives’ and customers’ contact information will be handeled by the other party for with the aim to allow for the development, fufillment and control of the agreed upon service-provision relationship. Thus, the basis for the processing will be the compliance of the contractual relationship, retaining the data during the term of the relations between the parties and for the limitation periods derived from them.

Consequently, each of the parties will comply with their duty of information to their respective representatives and employees
